We currently offer on-demand delivery to customers between KM 38 and La Misión. Our concierge delivery service offers delivery between KM 38 and KM 78. We’re working on expanding our service areas soon! Stay tuned for updates.

Delivery fees for the on-demand service vary depending on your location. You’ll see the delivery fee at checkout before confirming your order.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, such as a damaged product, please contact our customer support team, and we’ll make it right. (We do not guarantee on-demand order errors made by local stores and restaurants.)

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking updates via WhatsApp or email. You can use this to track your delivery.

We will do our best to cancel VamoGo Concierge preorders if requested within 30 minutes of purchase, but cancellation is not guaranteed. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel on-demand deliveries due to the speed of our service.
