Made in the traditional French style by a respected Wisconsin cheesemaker, our Double Cream Brie’s bloomy rind envelops a smooth, rich, creamy cheese, delivering exactly what you want from a classic Brie. It’s delightful on its own, served with TJ’s Chile Crackers, or added to an elevated grilled cheese sandwich. Or, to really lean into its double-creaminess, top your wheel of Brie with honey, nuts, and herbs, then wrap it in TJ’s Organic Crescent Roll dough and bake it at 350°F for about 30 minutes. The resulting “Brie en croûte” will be awesomely ooey... irresistably gooey... and oh-so-delicious.
