Lots of people say “cal-ZOwn.” Italian speakers say, “cal-tzO-nay.” So, which is correct? We suppose it’s a matter of perspective. Though we may not be keen on judging pronunciation, we are fully committed to judging the quality of a calzone—say it however you like! Like folded pizzas, they commonly contain tomato sauce, cheese, and meat or veggies. This one is loaded with Meatballs made from a combination of ground pork and ground beef bound together with some egg and seasoned with Parmesan cheese, onions, garlic, parsley, and black pepper.
