Well, to quote an old Klingon proverb, “revenge is a dish best served cold.” Indeed, much like righteous retribution, CuratedCravings™ Korean Style Bibim-Guksu takes on a positively refreshing quality when it’s had time to chill. And in the case of our Bibim-Guksu, enjoying it at a lower temp also lets your palate fully engage with the texture of the slender wheat noodles, the crunch of the cabbage, carrots, and tart kimchi, and the spicy-savory notes of the included gochujang dressing. Inspired by a long-treasured staple of Korean cuisine, this cold noodle salad can be enjoyed totally on its own or topped with a soft-boiled egg. It’s a light, refreshing, and superlatively easy lunch—simply mix all the noodles and veggies with the dressing and enjoy, right out of the container. And it also makes a superb side for all sorts of savory fare: we particularly enjoy it as an accompaniment to a plate of grilled Bool Kogi,  pan-fried Pork Belly, or air-fried Salmon.

• Please ensure someone is home to accept the delivery, as we cannot deliver an order and leave it unattended.
• Delivery times depend on demand, weather, traffic, and vendor operations. Delays may occur. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
• Orders from local stores and restaurants are subject to each vendor’s hours and availability.
